From flipping properties and investing in crypto to founding EDST, a cutting-edge marketing firm, Chris’s ventures have always been at the forefront of industry trends. His portfolio spans a wide array of investments, and his businesses have collectively impacted over 27,000 clients, all while maintaining a deeply rooted belief in personal development, innovation, and growth.

By age 10, I was writing music, starting to build a fanbase and began performing at venues across the east coast.
By 11, I started doing tv and commercials and over the next few years did 40+ voice overs, tv, movies, and more.
At age 12, I had built a decent fanbase and did some big shows for thousands of people.
At 18, I dropped out of college to focus on real estate, marketing and crypto. Over the coming years, I flipped many homes, made investments in crypto, and reached my first million by 21.
In 2017, I launched CM Real Estate, my first company dedicated to real estate. The company focused on property investments and flipping homes, establishing a foundation for future ventures in the real estate market.
In 2020, I founded CM Media, a company dedicated to investing in music, media, and entertainment ventures. This venture allowed me to reconnect with my roots in the music industry while supporting innovative creators.
In 2022, I founded CM Ventures, a company dedicated to investing in upcoming companies and businesses.
In 2023, I co-founded Cash Homes 3 with one of my best friends, Jake Deraaff. Our mission to both smart investments and making an impact is deeply aligned.
